From April 14 to November 8, 2026, the Museo di Storia Naturale di Milano hosts “Dentro la Metamorfosi”, an immersive installation by Maria Cristina Finucci, presented in collaboration with Marevivo as part of the TRACCE program and Milano Art Week 2026. The project explored the impact of plastic pollution on marine ecosystems and the urgent need for environmental awareness and regeneration.
At its core, the installation reflected on the health of the oceans, guiding visitors through the ongoing transformation of marine environments — from vital, regenerative systems to spaces increasingly compromised by waste and the disruption of natural balances.
A key role was played by Marevivo, whose long-standing commitment to the protection of the sea strengthened the exhibition’s message, turning scientific urgency into collective awareness through the dialogue between art, science, and culture.
More than an exhibition, it became an experiential journey inviting reflection on humanity’s impact on the oceans and the need for shared responsibility toward the future of the planet.
