Vinted introduces Item Verification service for members to shop higher-priced second-hand pieces with even more confidence, combating counterfeiting, guaranteeing a worry-free shopping experience and providing peace of mind to fashion enthusiasts seeking genuine designer products. 
After France, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, the service is now available in Italy and it's already eligible for hundreds of designers and streetwear brands.
The optional Item Verification service comes with a budget-friendly fee of 10 EUR.  
Buyers can choose to add Item Verification to their purchases on top of Vinted’s Buyer Protection. It’s free for sellers, giving them additional confidence to sell higher-priced items, while buyers can trust that their desired items will be verified by trained experts.
