“EURETEKA” is a very innovative project conceived by the teacher and MIUR collaborator Lorella Carimali and by the architect and designer Giulio Ceppi, promoted by the Ministry of Education and Confindustria, which aims to improve the learning of STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) in primary and secondary schools.
Presented with a special conference at Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci in Milan, EURETEKA defines a new modular and independent space built with recycled or recyclable materials, showing not only the technical aspects but also the creative, imaginative and intellectual ones of the STEM disciplines, to develop and share innovative teaching models.


EURETEKA is a physical space characterized by a versatile architecture including two large opposing libraries (analog and digital) and glass walls and it is designed to be placed within existing school spaces, or in open and public places, adapting to various contexts. The module offers teachers and students an immersive, digital and always updated learning environment accessible to all.


The first EURETEKA will be created in 2023 in Lecco between the De Amicis primary school and the Campus of Politecnico di Milano University, also thanks to Regione Lombardia and the Municipality of Lecco.
